SUMMARY OF PROPOSAL
Period of AMC :- Options include a 1-year term, a package covering 3 consecutive years, or an extended 5 consecutive years
Type of AMC :- Choose between Comprehensive and Non-Comprehensive AMC plans based on your specific requirements.
System Details :- AMC caters to PLC Panels and SCADA systems.
Periodic maintenance Visit :- we offer Total 4 visits in a year i.e. once in every quarter, each visit shall comprise of maximum 1 man-day.
Emergency maintenance Visit :- Total 2 Visits in Year, each Visit has Comprise of maximum 2 man-days.
E-mail/Telephonic Support :- Shall be provided by ACME Automation. Ahmedabad during working days – Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm.
Activities to be taken up during the Preventive Maintenance Visit
Verify loads and logical volume sizes in the PLC Panel.
Assess CPU load for all control modules and recommend corrective measures if necessary.
Scrutinize diagnostic logs from the system for all nodes.
Examine the recent compile/installation list for errors/warnings.
Investigate hardware failures (non-emergency type) reported in the last 3 months.
Perform a comprehensive project backup and other necessary backups onto a customer-provided Pen Drive.
Inspect LED indications on various hardware modules of the PLC.
Avoid major changes in databases; however, minor modifications may be implemented for problem resolution.
Note that on-site repairs are not feasible.
