ACME Automation provides a one-stop shop for all your automation needs. Our in-house control panel manufacturing facility produces a comprehensive selection of panels, including LT Panels, PDB Panels, MCC Panels, PLC Panels, VFD Panels, SD/DOL Starter Panels, Servo Panels, Mimic Panels, and Instrumentation Panels.
Features
Implementing software as the standard for our Power & Control Drawings.
The design, assembly, and testing of PMCC Panels adhere to the IEC 61439-1 standard.
The panel will be constructed using CRCA sheets with thickness ranging from 1.6mm to 3mm across different sections.
Conduct in-house routine testing using a Megger (1000V DC) and perform a High Voltage Test at 2.5KV for 1 minute on PCC and MCC Panels.
Apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint in light grey shade, conforming to RAL 7035 or RAL 7032, on the panel.
PMCC Panel approved by CPRI.
Establishing a connection via ERP to enhance production efficiency, reduce error rates, and expedite lead times.
The design, assembly, and testing of Automation & Drives Panels comply with the IEC 60204 standard.
Cubicle Panels with IP55 protection class, approved by ERDA, ensuring resistance against Dust Ingress and Water.
Utilize a seven-tank process for pre-treatment/painting, wherein all sheet metal components undergo degreasing, derusting, acid pickling, and phosphating before the application of a primer coat.
Utilize ISI marked flexible PVC copper cable for control wiring, ensuring proper lugging with copper lugs and ferruling with white sleeves at both cable ends.
Our QC Engineer rigorously examines the provided panel before its ultimate delivery.

VFD PANEL
- Presenting a comprehensive range of VFD Panels, catering to power requirements from 0.37KW to 560KW for Low Voltage (LV) Drives.
- Our VFD Panels offer versatile solutions across a multitude of applications, including Fan, Pump, Conveyor, Surface/Centre Winding, Compressor, Mixer, Extruder, Agitators, and various other industrial processes.
- We have a proven track record of successfully commissioning AC Drive Panels with capacities of up to 560 KW.

PCC PANEL

INSTRUMENTATION PANEL
- We specialize in the manufacturing and supply of Instrumentation Panels designed for the operation of various instruments, including Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Level, and Electrical Parameters. Our expertise extends to the development and fulfillment of customized Instrument Panels for OEM clients.
- Additionally, we offer PVC junction boxes that include terminals and markers, providing varying degrees of protection such as IP54, IP55, and IP65.
PDB PANEL
