We have in-house manufacturing facility of Control Panels such as LT Panel, PDB Panel, MCC Panel, PLC Panel, VFD Panel, SD/DOL Starter Panel, Servo Panel, Mimic Panel and Instrumentation Panel

Features

Implementing EPLAN Software as the standard for our Power & Control Drawings.

Establishing a connection via ERP to enhance production efficiency, reduce error rates, and expedite lead times.

The design, assembly, and testing of PMCC Panels adhere to the IEC 61439-1 standard.

The design, assembly, and testing of Automation & Drives Panels comply with the IEC 60204 standard.

PMCC Panel approved by CPRI.

Cubicle Panels with IP55 protection class, approved by ERDA, ensuring resistance against Dust Ingress and Water.

The panel will be constructed using CRCA sheets with thickness ranging from 1.6mm to 3mm across different sections.

Utilize a seven-tank process for pre-treatment/painting, wherein all sheet metal components undergo degreasing, derusting, acid pickling, and phosphating before the application of a primer coat.

Apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint in light grey shade, conforming to RAL 7035 or RAL 7032, on the panel.

Utilize ISI marked flexible PVC copper cable for control wiring, ensuring proper lugging with copper lugs and ferruling with white sleeves at both cable ends.

Conduct in-house routine testing using a Megger (1000V DC) and perform a High Voltage Test at 2.5KV for 1 minute on PCC and MCC Panels.

Our QC Engineer rigorously examines the provided panel before its ultimate delivery.

	Crafting a program in accordance with the Control Philosophy stipulated by the client, ensuring seamless communication between Siemens-to-Siemens devices and Siemens to third-party devices

	Delivering solutions for a spectrum of applications, ranging from low-end scenarios to intricate setups such as those found in the Rolling Mill segment of the Steel Industry.

MCC PANEL

	Delivering top-quality MCC Panels, compartmentalized and non-compartmentalized designs.
	1600A Incomer MCC Panel, 100 feeders, ideal for Waste Water Industry.
	Supply Siemens, Schneider, ABB, L&T switchgear per client specs.
	Intelligent MCCs: Siemens Simocode, Schneider LTMR, ABB UMC 100.3.
	Local and remote operation, Auto and Manual modes tailored to clients.
	Motor Starter Switchgear per Type 2 or conventional chart.

VFD PANEL

	Presenting a comprehensive range of VFD Panels, catering to power requirements from 0.37KW to 560KW for Low Voltage (LV) Drives.
	Our VFD Panels offer versatile solutions across a multitude of applications, including Fan, Pump, Conveyor, Surface/Centre Winding, Compressor, Mixer, Extruder, Agitators, and various other industrial processes.
	We have a proven track record of successfully commissioning AC Drive Panels with capacities of up to 560 KW.
	Seamless communication is ensured through industrial standard field buses such as Modbus, USS, Profinet, and Profibus, enhancing the adaptability and connectivity of our VFD Panels in diverse industrial environments.

PCC PANEL

	Accomplished the successful commissioning of Incoming breakers with a capacity of up to 4000A, along with 40 Outgoing feeders.
	Provide renowned brand switchgear options, including Siemens, Schneider, ABB, and L&T, tailored to meet the specific requirements of our clients.
	Flexible in offering Copper or Aluminium busbars according to the specific preferences and requirements of our clients.

INSTRUMENTATION PANEL

	We specialize in the manufacturing and supply of Instrumentation Panels designed for the operation of various instruments, including Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Level, and Electrical Parameters. Our expertise extends to the development and fulfillment of customized Instrument Panels for OEM clients.
	Additionally, we offer PVC junction boxes that include terminals and markers, providing varying degrees of protection such as IP54, IP55, and IP65.

PDB PANEL

	Supported by a proficient team of experts, we produce and supply an extensive array of PDB Panels. These panels find widespread application in power stations for efficient electricity distribution. 	Our production includes Direct Online (DOL) and Star Delta Starter Panels, both with and without Relay/Timer Logic, in large quantities to meet diverse client needs across applications such as Blower, Pump, Fan, RAV, Conveyor, and more. These starters, crafted from premium components and utilizing the latest technology, undergo thorough inspection by our experts.

MIMIC PANEL
